Brief: Internal reconfiguration of a 2nd floor flat

The owner of this rare typology of flat approached us to generate ideas of how to maximise the generous floor area of their period flat. Each of the two bedrooms were approximately 35sqm, larger than some studios in London.

We suggested two key improvements; the first was the creation of an en-suite to the master bedroom. This included a large built-in wardrobe whilst still leaving space for a super king bed. The second was to extend the kitchen into the corridor the toilet sat at the end of and bring the toielt forward. THe client chose to progress our first suggestion until their fianances allowed for the kitchen improvments.

We specified the fixtures & fittings and provided setting out drawings for this small project but were not required to manage the build.
