The client of this project had purchased a 3 bed semi detached house with development in mind. The majority of other homes in the area had utilised their large rear gardens and single story flank garages. to create 5 bed properties.

Our design created an additional two bedrooms and large open plan ground floor. The works were to include a ground floor rearrangement, single story rear extension, two storey flank extension and loft conversion.

We submitted planning which was successful. The build is underway as seen in the photograph to the left.
